Good information, very redundant though

I feel like I got what I needed from the book, although it could have been condensed. There was a lot of repeated information. There is also a lot of awkward transitions like the audio was edited in a weird way. Overall, good book and good information.

Excellent Book - changed my life

I just read this book for the second time, and am very pleased with my purchase. I've just finished with my first 24 hr
fast, after doing 14 hr intermittent fasting for few weeks. That along with cutting out sugar "Ice cream, cookies, and processed snacks. " and I can honestly feel the difference. Oh, I cut back on my drinking. Instead of that one or two glasses of wine in the evening, I save that for a once a week cheat day. Fingers crossed, but so so good.

FAT AND WEIGHT LOSE MADE ULTRA EASY

Excellent book on how to achieve maximum results with intermittent fasting. I fast one morning (no breakfast, black coffe only) and afternoon (no lunch) one day a week and I’m able to drop two pounds of fat per week. No diets, no deprivation, just a mild fast one day a week with sensible eating habits and the fat disappears. No counting calories, carbs, points just an easy fast one day a week.

Not as hard as you’d think

Great book, easy to read. A few typos. This is so doable. Eat healthily and 2 days a week fast 2 meals, so you’re going without food for 24 hours. There are innumerable physical benefits to skipping meals.

This, I can do!

I have been searching for a program to help me lose weight, but most are not programs, but diets. I wanted something I could use as long as I wanted going forward. That is what I like best about EAT. STOP. EAT. It is a lifestyle change that you can tweak to your personal situation. It is easy to follow and you can still eat many of the foods you love within reason. I am starting on the plan I have created for me on now. I will post an update at the end of time.

Great book - weight loss works like a charm.

I bought the book and my wife and I have been losing weight like crazy -- great results. You can eat whatever you want pretty much when not fasting and we feel great. If you go to his website however and buy other books he uses click bank and piggybacks monthly subscription services that unless you're very careful it's hard to avoid. And when I opted out I still got billed monthly and had to call click bank and papal and it's hard to cancel unwanted newsletter charges because technically you authorized it. Wasted 3 hours of my life trying to cancel the unwanted newsletter. But I still highly recommend his books.

Good Idea

This book is good but it takes a while to get to the point. It spends most of the book explaining why it works, which I guess is good. I wanted to know how to actually do the diet and it takes until the end of the book to tell you how to do it and then it only gives you a slight idea. I'm still not certain. I might try it but I'm not sure.

We feel great, and are losing weight!

Excellent, science-based approach, cutting to the bottom line of weight loss and overall intersection of eating and health. Well written. We've already lost several times and began to appreciate food more by taking 1-2 simple breaks from eating per week. We thought it wouldn't be doable, but have been pleasantly surprised.

Finally Simplification in the World of Nutrition

As a certified fitness trainer and competitive bodybuilder, I’ve read many books on nutrition, weight loss, diet and fasting. In this book author provides a common sense and balanced approach, while providing the scientific data to back it, that provides much needed simplicity on a topic that has been muddled with unnecessary complexity. I highly recommend it.

SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE

My neighbor had just read this book and was experiencing very good results so I purchased it on my Kindle. I am doing my 5th 24 hour fast today over a period of three weeks. While my weight is dropping at about two pounds per week I am seeing other benefits that are equally impressive. Both my fasting blood sugar and my blood pressure are dropping toward normal levels. Being a senior citizen, I have tried many "diets" through the years but maintaining a rigid eating protocol for a period of weeks or months is not my forte.

Amazing!

The language in this book makes the science of weight loss and body transformation very easy to understand and follow.. I liked that the author presents principles, rules/guidelines and real life examples that allow me to make my own informed plan. I also read authors book on obesity and, between these two books, feel my life is about to change for the better. Recommend it! Well done!

Loved it!

I loved how easy it was to read. The author sounds like a friend telling you about intermittent fasting and the many options there are to tailor it to your life. Read it in less than 2 days. Love this book!!

This is a great book. This book doesn't get specialized with recounting the Leptin hormone to thin you while grellin makes you hungry, and Cortisol keeps you fatter. That is for a coach. Simply know irregular fasting, and 'cheat days' confounds your body, and stops the levels.

A good guide for losing weight.

This is an interesting weight loss book. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.

good book to me

Heaps of reasonable guidance to help you on your irregular fasting/diet venture. I am really certain I would now be able to get to any weight I need. I think the book is significant in that it encourages you break long held musings and misinterpretations about eating and abandoning sustenance. It additionally examines different lengths of fasts that can run from 36 hour to weeks. It is so adaptable you can do it whenever. I am eager to endeavor my first broadened fat quick before I work my way into a genuine expanded quick.

Generally speaking extraordinary book I knew it

Lovely book! Nice, It's working for my wife and she has tried everything. The book explained the details of intermittent fasting and how one can use this diet to enjoy a healthy life burning fat and controlling over-weight. Everything I also found inside the book is very much well explained and attached with tips and instructions to follow on everyday life. It's also highlighted all the important steps that I must take to ensure that my fat loss goals are met and I'm able to lead a healthy life. Overall, I wanna say, it's a book with rich content and information. My wife is pleasantly happy.

A great addition to our kitchen.

This book will enable you to learn and see more about Intermittent Fasting for ladies. Find a few dishes that will enable you to get thinner and take out those undesirable fats in your body that is unquestionably sound, scrumptious and simple to plan. It's a short read but it definitely helped answer some of the questions I had about intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting has been shown to be effective and is a healthy way for women to lose weight and burn fat.
