NICE CREATION!!

This book addressed the majority of my inquiries and gave me the data need to prevail with fasting. I feel sure about working with irregular fasting and now I realize where to search for additional top to bottom data and support.I feel significantly more cheerful about living longer.

Great listen

I've been interested in LCHF and ketosis for a while, and I have recently been looking into Intermittent Fasting. This was the PERFECT introduction book to get. It's a great overview; comprehensive but easy to read. I've started implementing the program it suggests, and I'm already seeing results! If you're interested in understanding the 'why' behind intermittent fasting, and getting some practical tools to get started, then this would be a great buy 😊

Great listen

Great book - easy to understand. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. Forewarned is forearmed.

Good information, very redundant though

I feel like I got what I needed from the book, although it could have been condensed. There was a lot of repeated information. There is also a lot of awkward transitions like the audio was edited in a weird way. Overall, good book and good information.

Great ideas

The ideas were great and it seems very effective to me. Just by reading this you can immediately notice that the information inside was well researched and the author definitely know what is written inside.
