I can tell you if you use this, you will lose weight, and not miss eating. Its not like starving or being anorexic, if you eat enough fat, you actually aren't hungry. I think its good to have mastered Keto approach first though,

Helpful Guide

Following the guidelines in this audio book has helped me lower my set-weight point. Before fasting, I could never stay under a certain weight. Now, I've been under that weight for over 5 months, easily. Even if I lapse or go on vacation and let loose - when I come back, I am still under that particular weight.

Wonderful

Loved it! The author goes over the various scientific benefits of fasting such as improving brain health,increasing growth hormone, and more. Each chapter goes quite in depth and I was impressed with the research the author undertook to write this book.

Five Stars

Fasting is so nice. I never have to count my calories. I eat one or two meals a day. I just make sure I fast for 16 hour's a day or more. Most of the fasting is done during sleep. I never feel hungry all the time like I use too. I feel great.

Wonderful book that has changed my life, I began by doing several 24 hour fast and then a 48 hour before moving on to a 7 day fast. Many points in the book were spot on, especially about the second day being the hardest.

Great Audio Book

Great ! Best Audio book available on fasting and what really works. The stories of people doing fasting are very good to hear because it gives a person a sense of how fasting works in the real world. A person needs to experiment to see what works for them, and what they are comfortable doing.

very insightful to beginner dieters
