I felt great and will never forget how ACV was the catalyst.

I still take it daily and firmly attest that it keeps me at a six to eight body fat percentage, with a lean body, and super healthy in my 40s!

This book is very useful and beneficial. I found lots of information in this book. Apple cider vinegar has amazing nutritional value, we can use it for different purposes for treatment, cleaning, making food, etc. It's good for blood sugar and improves insulin sensitivity. It is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties due to malic acid in ACV & It removes toxins from the body. Author share awesome recipes in this book. The recipes are very delicious and light.

Easy Read and Chock Full Of Information Golden Nu

Good information is simplified so that it is not overwhelming! It was a quick read. I can't wait to give this an honest effort for 30 days, seems easy to implement, after all, it is very basic and affordable compared to other nutritional supplements on the market.
