A great listen!

The story centers around professional athletes and coaching an inter excellence mentality, but really translates well to self realization for anyone’s driving to perform a higher level and personal business life. There’s some great lessons and I look forward to listening to the book again. Be sure to listen to the interview at the end of the book as well, which has some additional insights that I enjoyed.

I'm an eagles fan grew up loving the eagles through the good times and the bad times but back to this book I was watching the game and I happened to see AJ Brown on the sideline reading this book. I was like wow he is calm I wonder what that book is like so I don't have time to read books I have the audible book app found this book through my search bar purchased it and plan on listening to this book at least three times a month. my mind is always racing I'm always in the state of doubting myself. well that self-doubt is starting to go away because of this book they gave me confidence to try out my dreams and not be afraid to fail. it has helped me in the workplace and in dealing with people.

There’s a reason so many people meet their goals and find themselves unhappy or dissatisfied. And this book helps to shift your mindset toward growth, inner excellence and mastery to ensure that we are chasing the right things that will result in fulfillment. It’s a book I will re-read many times to fully inherit the wisdom and put it to practice! Wow so grateful to have found this book!

I have read 300+ books since college. This is the most powerful book I’ve read yet to teach me how to defeat the many tricks my ego has used in the past to derail my efforts. I recommend it to everyone.
