This book will probably save your life.

This should be required reading for all women, and the principles in it should be taught to all children to help raise awareness on personal safety. The author does not hold back on communicating some dark, chilling, and even horrific experiences in her life and in the lives of other women and girls too. It was both terrifying and eye opening. She includes evidence and statistics from 120 sources. She gives practical and no-nonsense advice for staying safe and escaping abuse. Highly recommend.
