useful book

Writing is like any habit the more we do it the better we get at it. This gets you pointing in the right direction and focussing on what you should be doing, helping you avoid distractions and sets you out an achievable plan.

I found this guide

The writing sprint technique was a process I could follow and it does get the words down on paper. The book is all about cumulative effect. No-one can write a 100k manuscript in a day, but break that down into a series of writing days and then it becomes very possible.

interesting

Basically, this should be titled - "how to stop procrastinating for authors." How many of convincing ourselves we have been busy writing when indeed if we were totally honest with ourselves we would have to admit that of the time spent sitting at our desks not a lot of it was spent on the actual task we set out to complete. Plan, and follow the plan, use some of the tips in the book you will get some results.
