Long term memory and short term memory

One of the really interesting things I learned about in this book was the difference between long term memory and short term memory, and how different information is sorted in the brain. It really is a fascinating topic.

absolute rubbish

absolute rubbish.... don't waste your money or credits on this. It reads like a padded essay or an extended infomercial. Promises all these wonderful things and then glosses over the details. It then adds such condescending advice as to inform you that your eyes are the most important thing when it comes to speed reading. Seriously?
