I finally had my baby girl back home, but she came with a little baggage in the shape of her best friend. I could deal with that for some more time with my daughter. It was financial desperation that had me moving in with Georgia's Dad. She and I had been friends since we were kids, but with her parents long divorced, I'd never met the man. Now, with my boxes unpacked and my backpack ready to start college, I was settling down into a room across the hall from her and her dad. The man is sin, wrapped in work boots and a blue collar, and I can't help but capture him in the frame of my camera. It was blaspheme to let such perfection go to waste when it could be encapsulated in film forever. But then he became more than a subject—he became my muse. Right or not, accepted or not, I had to have him. And nobody could stop me. Nobody but him.

Pop & pop-pop

It's pretty formulaic, meanders on an oft-trended path. I found it free on Audible so here I am. There are no conflicts. Blake is a single father, his daughter Georgia brings home a friend, Bay. She's penniless so needs a room to board while she goes to college with Georgia. They both live there till Georgia is lured away by a boyfriend. So Blake and Bay kinda stay within a breath's distance of each other. Obviously horniness takes over logic and romp-a-thon commences. Her parents accept easy, his daughter accepts easy after minor arguments.
Both girls end up pregnant at approximately the same time and get married near too.
All's well that ends well
No great shakes but a good palate cleanser.
Samantha cook and Scott rose have done a decent job of narrating this light fluffy romance

Overall a good read

I enjoyed the book overall. I felt the story developed nicely and showed two souls falling for each other. You simply fall in love with the someone. I think the current take on what is an adult is way off hence a whole generation of 30+ children that can’t adult.

Sweet and spicy

I really enjoyed Bay and Blake’s characters and their love story. I didn’t like Georgia though. Towards the end her character was better and matured. I love a good romance with a HEA.

It was good. Georgia was the most annoying character. Who ditches her best friend at her father’s house to join a sorority. It was good but not great

Similar to Birthday Girl, but Better

This was a lot better than birthday girl. They fall for each other faster! But it is eerily similar in storyline.

Very real

Could be a real story in the 2020 time . True to form and a story that could reread many times without being bored with it .

I thought this might be weird but it was good and had some funny parts!! I definitely recommend!!

enjoyable listen

The narrators were excellent and I really enjoyedbthe story. My only issue is the ending, the immaturity of certain aspects of it made me cringe. other than that it was a great story

I loved the narration. It was so well done. I highly recommend this book. Acceptance and love!!!

Too long

Good story but it was just a little too long. Story felt like it was dragging on and on for the most part.
