This was my first K Webster book and I liked it a lot. It’s a deliciously smutty taboo forbïdden teacher student romance. I loved the narrating since it was duet and both their voices were great and helped me follow the story well.

This story wasn’t just taboo, the FMC was pretty mature for her age because she was going through some terrible stuff at home and she was struggling. My heart hurt for her because of the terrible way her mom neglected her and for the other TWs happening at home. Their relationship wasn’t just surface level and I liked that he wanted to protect her and support her any way he can.

I loved seeing their story develop and I want an extended epilogue with more from them! I also really liked the Parks and want to read their other stories too.

Very enjoyable

Loved this book from my favorite author. No one quite captures an age gap romance like she does... especially a taboo one. The narration was good and I might be wrong but it seemed like there may be a series here? Would love a book about the scarred brother.

The Teacher of Nothing is a standalone forbidden age-gap romance. All of the characters in this book are of a legal age too.
Callum Parks is a teacher. A statistic teacher who is obsessed with one of his students. He can't stop himself from taking peeks at her in class when no one is looking and he knows that he is becoming obsessed with her. But he also knows that it is wrong because of their age difference and because she is her teacher. Willa though i a sweet shy girl who is just keeping her head down trying her best to make it to graduation and get out of the house she is living in and never looking back. She has a new family thanks to her mom remarrying after her father died. And what a family it is. UGH. I hated her stepdad and her stepbrother is just a horrid human being. However, she can't help but notice Mr. Parks and has this huge crush on him but also knows that there is just no way in the world that he would ever be interested in her. It's not very long before they have a stolen moment but thanks to her stepbrother, Mr Parks knows that her life is not easy and the little punk is making her life and possibly his, miserable. Will Callum ever act on the way he is feeling? When WIlla needs him the most will be able to be there for her? You have to read to find all of this out. I read this book in one sitting and just had to know what was going on. There is more to it than you will think going in to it. A super powerful family. A girl who is a little lost in the world and has some secrets she is keeping but is in danger. A stepfather who isn't afraid to blackmail whoever he has to. A mom who is not there for her and possibly keeping huge secrets. You do not want to miss this book. I loved it and you will too. It is great to listen too since the narrators did such an amazing job with this audiobook.

Age Gap Student-Teacher Forbidden Romance

The Teacher of Nothing by K Webster is an age-gap student-teacher forbidden romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Vincent Skye and Elle Sonali.

I really enjoyed the relationship between Callum and Willa. It was extremely messy, but you couldn't help but root for them. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book.

Vincent and Elle did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like student-teacher romances, age gap romances, forbidden romances, or new adult romances.

Taboo and spicy teacher/student romance

I always read K. Webster. I own many of her books. This specific book, although somewhat taboo and spicy, doesn't touch what K. Webster can write! The spiciest and most taboo content can be found directly on her website and nowhere else. Callum Parks is a 35 year teacher. Callum is the black sheep of his family by choosing teaching. There is major animosity between Callum, his father, and Callum's current stepmother. That storyline alone is certainly interesting! I don't think I could forgive my father if in the same situation. Callum is quickly attracted to his 18 year old student Willa. Callum knows he should stay away from Willa. Throw in the past issues caused by his dad make Callum grumpy. Willa has a bad life at home because of recent living situations. Callum becomes very protective and posessive over Willa. Callum risks everything for Willa. There are several other Park family members introduced in this book. In fact if you read A Tangle Of Awful, you will recognize some familiar names. If you enjoy age gap and forbidden romances, you will probably enjoy this book. The boundaries aren't pushed too far because both Willa and Callum are of legal age.

Teacher-student

I absolutely love K Webster, and this did not disappoint. If you are a fan of age gap, this is definitely one you want to get. I loved the attraction between the two of them. Callum is sweet and so protective of her, can't help but love him. These were new to me narrators and a really enjoyed them. They did a great job portraying the characters.

Taboo with DUET Narration and Flat Ending

3.5 stars - This had so much potential but the ending, while hot, didn't work for me. Seriously, it all came down to the last chapter or two where the execution and resolution of the twist simply fell flat for me.

I started writing the rest of this before finishing the book. As I was on board with the first 80-90%, I decided to keep it.

Oh, Willa Reyes is definitely hot for teacher, and Callum Park is equally taken. Ooh-la-la! They are smoking hot in this taboo read.

They are terrible at keeping their secret relationship secret. Somehow, half the town seems to know about it within the first several weeks, but no one talks about it? This confused me. That said, I do like how Callum took on the role of protector.

They each picked losing tickets in the parent and stepparent department. Willa is the unluckiest of the two with her pill-popping momma who allows the stepfather to smack her and stepbrother to assault her in other ways. There are a couple of scenes that might be triggering for some.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are both new to me. They are Elle Sonali and Vincent Skye. I really like both of them, and the fact that this is duet narration makes it even better! 💚🎧🩵 The narration is why I rounded up with my rating.

Spicy teacher student romance

I love teacher/ student romances, and I devoured this one! It’s definitely one of my new favorites! I love K. Websters writing style, her story’s always suck me in from the first page! The narrators Vincent and Elle really brought these characters to life this was my first audiobook by them and it won’t be my last!

What a story!!!

This story had everything! Dark, angst, love, and heat! I’m not usually a fan of teacher/student relationships but this one was So good. The twists and turns had me fall in love with this book!
