Practical!!

I do not have a background in sales but running a small creative business has me learning how to market and sell. But closing has always been a challenge for me. While I don't have the time to read loads of books on Sales this audiobook was succinct enough to share really practical tips for closing especially in this world where most sales are online. This was short, sweet and useful!

very helpful

I've been taking some courses on negotiation, and when I stumbled upon this book, it piqued my interest right away. Part of my job involves closing high ticket clients, so that's why I wanted to learn about neogtiation after all. But this book is sort of exactly what i wanted to learn about - closing high ticket clients remotely. It's not always I get to meet the clients in person. Lots of those cases are where clients book calls with me online, then we just communicate through zoom meetings and emails and things. The way it communicates, the vibe the dynamic, that's so different from offline where you get to sit down with your counterpart, and you get to see their immediate response. Remote closing is difficult, not to say that the high ticket closing is another special technique to master. This book lays it all out the strategies to effectively deal with those scenarios, very practical tips and tricks that I can already imagine myself applying those in my call tomorrow. Highly recommend.

Concise and effective!

I had some experience as a high ticket remote sales rep for an online education company. I dove in head first and really just wanted to get as many sales as I could. I came from a place of scarcity that drove me to be pushy with sales, as a result, I had to be let go by the business owner after a few months. Listening to this book gave me a step-by-step clarity on how I would go about this job and industry differently. A unique aspect about this book and Bulletpoint Publishing is that the aim is to be as concise but effective as possible with delivering the information. There is no fluff here and you even get a bulletpoints section that you can easily go back to when you need to recap what you learned or if you need it as a reference in the future. Overall a good book for anyone who is interested in having a location independent sales position.

Great content

This book really helped me with some of the nuances in sales. The book uses examples to demonstrate the "how to" and can be adapted to your particular scenario. The author also has a positive mindset in delivering value to the customer first and finding out their needs instead of starting from your own product and trying to get the customer to fit the product. The book also summarizes each chapter with bullet points, which is great for books like these where listening to it twice can help with understanding. Thank you for writing this.
