Learner's Guide

This audiobook gave the rudiments of the ketogenic eating routine, for example, its motivation for weight reduction, appropriate nourishment that is incorporated into the eating routine and also the advantages of the eating regimen in the body. This was a more itemized guide with the greater part of it containing content while the rest had the formulas. Generally speaking, this is really a learner's guide!

This book has been helpful in getting me ready to start the Keto diet. It gave a good breakdown that explained the diet and how it can help with weight loss. My biggest struggle is what to make to eat. I wish there were more meal ideas. Overall, It is an amazing book to learn about ketogenic diet.

Utterly unoriginal, banal nonsense.

What would have made Ketogenic Diet Beginner's Guide better?

An entirely different author. Everything about the author's style of writing was utterly disappointing and I'd have rather spent a few hours bashing my head against the wall.

Avoid at all cost. I wouldn't even be surprised to find out this entire book is a massive joke.

Highly Recommended

I'm just digging into this book and I am very satisfied with the sheer wealth of knowledge and openness of the book. The author covers subjects in this book that other books just tiptoe around. It is a hefty book with a hefty amount of information. I have bought countless Keto, Paleo, Low Carb diet books and cookbooks over the last two years and this one is the best I've seen so far. The recipes are not overly complicated and are made with real food.

Its Amazing

This book is beyond amazing! It contains a plethora of knowledge about the ketogenic way of eating. If you are involved in starting a keto diet, this book is all you need to thrive on your journey. I'm blown away by all of the information, knowledge, and recipes in this book. The Keto Diet is also a perfect companion for someone who has been on a ketogenic WOE of eating for a long time.

I LOVED IT

I thought the book was very self-explanatory. Easy to understand for me except the figuring of the percent of fat, protein, and carbs. Will use the recipes that were given also. Nice book for returning to for refreshing your memory.
