I don't regret buying it. I knew nothing about meditation. I am easily stressed and I am trying to find ways to help. This was a good bite-sized introduction. Thanks author.

The author did an excellent job of speaking

This short meditation audio book dives into what is meditation, how does it work, the history of it, how to overcome obstacles to meditate and more. I liked that the audio book actually had scientific research to back up how meditation works.
