Awesome Chakra Guided Meditations
Chakra Guided Meditations was one of the most relaxing audiobooks I've ever listened to. There were several sessions with different settings. I loved them all but I think my favorite was the forest. They all have a super calming and tranquil effect AND the guide is a certified Reiki healer. She goes over the chakras as well as the best positions to benefit the most from the meditations. I began meditating about 10 years ago and I love guided meditations. These are top notch. The great thing about this audiobook is that I'll listen to it again and again. You cannot go wrong with this book.
Marisa Imon has the most soothing voice. She's an excellent guide and I feel comfortable listening to her. She knows what she's doing. I definitely recommend this book for anyone new to meditation and to anyone who does it regularly. This one is great.

I absolutely love this 5 star listen!
I like that I can Choose my own peaceful background sounds to adjust my chakra imbalances. This author gives clear information about over & under active chakra's so if I'm having certain issues, I know what I need to work on. The narrator's voice is pleasurable and her soothing tone kept me relaxed and focused. I will definitely be listening to this guided meditation often. I highly recommend owning this book. Really Good

Good for anyone

Excellent
This is a wonderful guide for meditation and learning about your Chakras. I normally have trouble getting into meditation but found myself doing exactly what the narrator said. I immediately felt myself relax in a way I hadn't in too long of a time. I think this is a must for anyone wanting to heal their Chakras and help heal themselves from the inside out. The narration was quite well done. Marisa Imon has a soothing voice as she leads you into the meditations. I will be recommending this to my friends, we all need more relaxation in our lives. I will be using this audiobook often.

Very Enlightening
Very educational and insightful. As a beginner, I found this book helpful in learning all the basics about what chakras are, how they work with each other, and how to balance and repair them.
