Awesome

I totally love this. I've been using a lot of the guiding meditations on youtube, and these are much better than a lot of them. Its so relaxing and has been helping me sleep. I try and stay awake, but dont always make it. I use the Anxiety and Addictions ones mostly, Im 11 months clean from IV heroin and some days are harder than others, but this does help. I wish I had thought of this in the first few months! The narrator did an excellent job!

Great Book On Self Healing

This is a great book on self healing. I never would of thought there would be meditations for things like headaches and arthritis. It's so interesting! These meditations were really calming and worked well for what they were intended for. I enjoyed this book a lot and recommend it!

Natural healing is the best healing

This is a book that really caught me by surprise because I never knew that you could meditate to heal back pain. Turns out you can, and it works! Been using this for the past couple of weeks and I'm definitely seeing results. A lot of people wouldn't like this because it takes too much time but for me it's worth it. If you do these meditations and visualizations consistently overtime, your body will undoubtedly respond. Highly recommend! Great narration and music as well.

Highly recommend

If you're struggling with pain, I highly recommend listening to these audios. They've helped me ease my headache and knee pain. I'm surprised people are still taking advil to heal pain and not things more natural like meditation. This is the future of medicine I believe. Very well done Shivani and Emerson! Easily one of the best guided wellness programs on this site.

Self Healing Guide

Guided Imegry for Self Healing is a collection of. Guided meditation scripts for various ailments. The scripts are timed perfectly and begin with plenty of time for breathing. Emerson Wolf"s voice is soothing and easy to follow. Add these meditation to your self healing toolkit and begin to relax and heal.

Healing my anxiety

This is really working to heal my anxiety. I'm normally very fidgety during the day and when I do this before going out, it helps reduce it a bit. I'm glad I got this audiobook. Will turn this into my daily habit ☺

Sleep

I've been using guided meditations for sleeping and it seems to work. I've noticed that my back pains seem to lower its intensity every time I go to sleep listening to this. Very well done. I recommend to anyone that has back pain to listen to this before sleep.

Just what I needed!

Love it! So much insight! This aligns perfectly with my way of life! I am all for finding methods that will really heal my body and not have to take some medication that does poisson it.

WOW MY PAIN IS GONE

This is amazing! I've had chronic back pain for a few months now and I started listening to this everyday for 1 week and my back pain is gone! I promise you, your mind is more powerful than you think. I suggest everyone give this a try because it really brings out your healing powers.

I am positive you will see amazing results

I’ve just finished the book and have already started to put its advice into practice. I definitely feel more calm and have begun to notice small changes in the way I face my day. Based on the author’s explanations and on the results I have seen so far I have big expectations for the benefits I can get from this book.
The book is well marinated and is easy to listen to so I would definitely recommend it to anyone with problems with headaches as mine have already began to subside.

Highly insightful information

I must admit that I was new to the world of meditation when I downloaded this audiobook. However, after suffering a dance-related injury, I started to look at alternative ways to heal the injury and decided to give meditation a go. The guided meditations were easy to follow and very relaxing. The narration was also very good. It does take practice, but over time it has certainly helped calm my mind and help my body feel better.

I would recommend this to others interested in discovering how guided meditation can improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

Pretty Good

I've listened to tons of meditation audiobooks on audible and this one is pretty unique so I wanted to give it a try. I'm happy with how it played out although I think 30 minutes is a bit too long. The meditation itself was well written and the author definitely knows what they are talking about in regards to creative visualization exercises and body energy.

Music is awfully dated

Terrible background music, one single loop for all the meditations, out of a 1970's new age tape. A cheap cheesy feeling pervades
