Fewer words are more compelling

This was my 2nd ( and last) listen to Ari Baran. The stories are well written, but contain twice as many words as needed. I recommend reading Declan Rhodes as an useful comparison...

I like this series a lot

I have become very attached to all the main and peripheral characters. This book was no different in that aspect although a little more heartbreaking on the journey.

Who’s who?

There were a lot of conversations where I didn’t know which character was talking. Why not have two narrators? Weird.

The author’s other three hockey MM books were more enjoyable.

Beautiful story. Written very well

I love the characters. I love their love. I could feel it come off the page. The subject matter could be hard to approach but this was beautifully done. I’m ready for more
