Excellent book but

This was an excellent book but if I could say a book had too much action then this might qualify. The main character goes from one disastrous scene to another. A fight then an internal struggle then another fight and then another internal struggle and then another and another and another and another and then a small break. How many times can someone have the mana channels burnt and then burnt again and then burnt again. And then lastly at the end of the book I would like to know what happened to the Omen key. It said he tucked it away and then it was never mentioned again.

Awesome story

Great store and Travis Baldree is awesome at narrating. Can’t wait to start the next book.

Good stuff

While this is not a perfect series with a lot of things like endless mana and what not just left out there I still enjoy it and look forward to more. If you get upset over things like that and don’t have the ability to look past the holes in logic then no worries just give it a pass.

Probably my favorite so far!

I really enjoyed this entry in the series and I thought the camp building and training chapters were a great addition to the story and I hope to see more of that going forward. My only complaint is the archids voices, the voice actor does any amazing job in this series. However the archids voices are like nails on a chalkboard which is not what I want to hear from an audiobook. Still well worth the credit though!

Great reader and read

Lover this book great reader as well as the story and righting were great quite addictive to listen to had trouble stopping will start the next book straight away.
