So. Many. Questions!!!

This book really just tosses you in there and makes you hope that you find your way out. There are so many unanswered questions that I want to believe will be answered but I'm left not knowing if they will or not. There is just so much mystery it's almost frustrating. I'll give it to the author, if this is what is supposed to happen to the reader, I'm very impressed. I was so lost through the whole story that I was thinking I might just ditch the series and move on to my next wish list item buuuuuut now, I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENS. Toward the last hour and a half of this first book, all of my questions were being toyed with like the author was trying to let me know that these questions will be answered soon (or in the next book). I think I will bite and keep trailing along and see what happens. I'm hooked, I guess.

One of the best RH series!

I read and loved this series so I had to listen to the audio. The narrator did an amazing job voicing all the characters. I'd say it's a bit of a slow burn in this one but if I remember correctly it picks up in the rest of the series. There are 4 books and the last one will be out on audio in December. If you like your books a little dark and with humor you'll love this series.

Great first book of series

Love how this story is witty and funny but has plenty of steaminess too. The characters are well written and I just love the jokes. On to book 2!

Now I'm hooked on this series! Where's Book 2?

This is such an unusual twist of a book. At first, I thought, well I don't know about this one. But the way the book is written, and the narrator, Hollie Jackson, kept my attention. Then, bam, I was hooked before I realized it. Now, I want more!

Fav Series! Need More.

I love these books. Amazing story, fantastic guys, great great greatness. So happy it is finally an audiobook. 😁

Recommend it

good story. Usually romances end up revolving around a sickly amount of obsession. This is NOT that. The narrorator made me laugh out loud so many times, but I also had a hard time fallowing characters. She did not differinciate any of them. Even the females that were not the main character had the same voice as ALL other characters in the book. This became tiring and madee loose focus. I found myself rewinding the same spot up to 5 times just to try and figure out who was talking when!

Enjoyed

Like this story, love this narrator, love and miss this author. Was a pretty good read. Tho I do wish the fmc has more of a back bone and didn’t allow herself to be walked on and treated bad as she does.

I absolutely love our little spirit. She is a perfect match for me. A lot screw you and a lot of protectiveness. The story is really intriguing and well planned out. Narrator is great I still haven’t really picked up the long plot which I’m glad about I can normally guess my way through a series, even tho I’m only book 1.

Very Enticing

This is actually the third time I’ve tried to read this book and I’m so glad I went the audio way this time around because it kept me hooked for the the whole book! This story was entertaining & enticing and I can’t wait to jump into the next!

so funny I had to use my inhaler

I can't breathe..I thought the reviews were talking about some chapters. no one said the entire story from the 1st chapter till the end is so funny. I love how the female character had internal monologues while talking so loud..this story became my favorite paranormal.I hope the other parts are as fun and funny.
