Loved! Looking for a strong female to idolize?

Look no further! I am in LOVE with this book. The female lead is a kick butt, strong and relatable person who makes you wanna be just as edgy. The story is captivating and never a dull moment. This book has a great mix of mystery, action, romance and bad ass! I truly couldn't put it down! I am so excited for the next book!

I can read over and over.

I can't really explain how good this book was. From the plot to the narrator. Everything was just awesome and damn it had me catching feelings. To the point where I was angry with the main character or crying with her. It was just done so well, that I can't wait for the next book. Which I'm definitely getting. (I usually don't write any comments about the book I listen to, but for this. I just had too.)

MUST READ!!!

I rarely give the highest rating but I can't recommend this book enough. Vinna is a wonderful character who is completely relatable and someone you want to root for and defend. About the story: As another reviewer points out, the first group of men are not "her men" - she meets them later and feels an immediate attraction and connection. They are completely loveable except one but he comes around and as the reader I felt so happy for her and glad she has them when she later learns she's betrayed ( I wanted to punch some people) and then experiences loss and grief ( tears were she'd). There's no cheating and no cliched storylines. Mia narrates the story perfectly. This is definitely worth a credit and I eagerly await the sequel.

Pleasantly surprised

I had passed this one up countless times but after a recommendation I’m glad I finally listened. Good pace, action, and a start to the relationships and mystery. I didn’t find the narration as irritating as other reviews (half the reason I held off) but there were a few parts where I agree it was unnecessarily slow/ drawling.

simply amazing

I cannot tell you how many times I have read, and listened to this story Vinna and "the boys", just a fantastic read. the narrator does an amazing job of bringing Vinna to life. I can't hear a different voice even when I go back and re-read my paperback copies.

Great book!

So thankful to have found another great series. Found this book by happy accident. Great characters, exciting story. Lots of passion and action. Can’t wait to read next one.

Not what I expected

I got this book free on Audible and I wasn’t expecting such a good story with the reverse harem style.
The supernatural storyline was really well done and had a lot of interesting plot lines that weren’t the usual for this type of story.
I also really liked that they didn’t just jump into bed and that they actually built up relationships and sometimes had issues with each other like real people. It made the story relatable (other than the typical unrealistic “everyone is beautiful and well built” thing that all these stories have).
So I rated it a 4 but it was more enjoyable than that but not quite a 5.

This was Amazing I honestly recommend it. It has a little bit os everything. From the 1st chapter it will take a grip on you and you won’t want to stop listening.

It’s going to my top favorites this year and even though it was a free listen I will be purchasing it to keep in my library that is how good this is.

The narrator was awesome and the writing was superb. 😍

I can count on one hand how many books I have read that have made me cry, and I have read thousands over the years. I have hard copies of all the books that have made me cry. I will now be purchasing this one in hardcopy to join their ranks.

skeptical at first but held on.

the beginning of this book didn't catch me right away. I left it and started to others the I got through before I came back and gave it another try but I'm glad I did. it was a great book. starting the second book now.
