Good but Storyline and Narration Needs Work

I really liked the plot I just didn't like how fast it went through. Two years passed in just a few chapters and I think a lot more experience and depth could have been added to the storyline instead of skipping ahead two years. The female narrator did both genders well but the male narrator seemed only comfortable with the deep male voice. His female narration voice was too soft and childish. It took away from the strong female lead. I also wasn't sure if he was trying to pull off Scottish or a Peaky Blinders character half the time. Overall, it was a really good story and I loved the backstory that went into each character. The ending had good closure.

Sensually stimulating

This story not only is thrilling, but captivating and oh so HOT!!!! The characters all had a story and created a story that kept me listening for hours and hours!

So good!

I have read this book twice and then found out it was going to be made into audio and was so happy! This book is the hottest book I’ve ever read, there is so much steam, you don’t know what to do with it all. The story itself is engaging and keeps you thoroughly entertained the whole way through. It’s about Althea, a naive vampire who gets rejected by her mate and is forced to leave her court and suffer from blood poisoning, living on human blood which provides nothing thing to a mated vampire. She is found by the Kings and from there it just takes off. I love Stella Hunter so much, she is my favorite narrator and does such an amazing job with Althea and the male voices. I have never heard of the male narrator and wasn’t too impressed with him, because some of the male voices just sounded the same. It was still an amazing listen and I highly recommend.

Good book but...

it was a pretty good book. really long tho with repetitive sexual descriptions. was sorta confusing at times with one man voicing 7 men. but overall I liked the book

Tor Thorn needs to stop narrating

I cannot explain how much more I would have enjoyed this book if they had picked a different Narrator for Tor Thorns parts. I have listened to a few of K.A. Knights books and enjoy them, but every one that Tor Thorns narrates ruins the book. I end up skipping parts he narrates beacuse it so bad. It is like he is always out of breath and he is unable to differentiate between different characters. The story line is good and Stella Hunter saved this book.

LOVE IT

K.A Knight is my favorite author by far! I loved this book so much I finished it in two days! Such a good story! The only thing is I can’t keep up with so many characters but maybe that’s only me. Overall amazing romance

Everything- Each chapter and character pulls you in this is amazing book. I can’t wait for the next book in this series

Narration is rough

It was really hard to enjoy the book with the awkwardness of the narrators. There was a lot of inconsistency with the accent of one of the characters. It bounces from Irish to Australian then he is randomly Scottish. I wanted so badly to love this, but it would have been better just to read it and create the voices in my head.
