I've listened to a couple of Mark McLean's other audiobooks and they weren't quite long enough for me – but 'Fitness Hacking' is definitely the best of the bunch. Over 5 hours and I like the narrator's style.

This audiobook will help get you in great shape + improve your health overall too. Been doing the breathing techniques and cold showers (not easy!) and have been feeling amazing.

I loved “Fitness Hacking, 21 Power Tactics That Will Transform Your Workout Results”. Totally different from other health & fitness books I have read. I can’t wait to start implementing some of these tactics into my own workout regimen.

GOOD READ.

I did really enjoy this audiobook but a few of the chapters at the beginning are all about lifting weights. I’ve never done weights training in my life. But the details on nutrition + recovery were great

Best book so far.

I’ve read/listened to all of Marc McLean’s books. Fitness hacking is absolutely the best one yet. Very motivational especially the last few chapters.

Big surprise

I was very surprised about everything "Fitness Hacking" covered. Was expecting it all to be about gym training, but there's 4 sections on training, diet & nutrition, workouts recovery, and mindset mastery.

Whether you're a seasoned gym pro or a complete beginner, you'll definitely learn a thing or two with this audiobook. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable when it comes to fitness, particularly nutrition, but I learned a lot of great tips with this audiobook.
