Bruce Buckingham is a collector of stories - his own. He loves taking his own real-life experiences and weaving them into fictional (and sometimes not-so-fictional) tales. In this series of short stories, written over many years, Buckingham intertwines intriguing, true-to-life characters with believable, real-life situations - or sometimes, with situations that stretch the boundaries of reality. His imagination knows no limits. In this eclectic collection, his stories include "The Dream Keepers", "Florida Frost", "Carolina Rain", "The Book", "It's Easier Going Home", "Harry's Last Fantasy", "Death of a Rose", and his novelette, "Diving Buddies".
This is a book filled with short stories that may be true or based on true events. They seem to tell the story of the life of the author or someone the author knew. They are just small glimpses into the life of several people no rhyme or reason just a set of short stories. The narrator was very good and told the stories as if he were reading them to a group of listeners. I got this book via audiobook boom.
