True meaning of Christmas

What did you like best about The Christmas Box? What did you like least?

Best - The ending and how the theme of the book really all came together.

The least - The narration was very boring and not captivating.

Would you be willing to try another book from Richard Paul Evans? Why or why not?

Absolutely, I have loved all of his books prior to this one, so I'll just chalk this one up to bad narration.

Was The Christmas Box worth the listening time?

Not really

Great Listen

I have really enjoyed listening to Richard Paul Evans books. This Book really lets you know what Christmas is all about. I think so often times we get caught up in the gift giving and forget the real spirit of christmas.

so short

I know this is a classic Christmas so I downloaded it the week before. I should have paid attention to the length! not worth the cost for only an hr.

A wonderful story that goes away from the title

The title of this book is misleading at first. The listener will be treated to a wonderful tale of a widow, her past, and the family that comes into her life. The end of the story caused me to have tears in my eyes AND my heart. Of course, I'm a sucker for any story that has nostalgia and deep feelings.

Well read and heart-warming

The narration is well-done for easy listening. This short story is poignant and simple. I enjoyed it and will listen again.
