Superb!

I loved this audiobook! I eat mostly plant based. But I loved seeing the science behind how foods work in my body. This book was extremely well for a Plant-Based Diet.

Wow! Amazing!

I get asked to read dozens of books by plant-based doctors and dietitians and pharmacists and researchers every year. Which is fine, as science progresses and I learn a new tidbit here and there.

But truth be told, I wasn't that excited to read another one.

Until I started Fiber Fueled. Information about the interaction of our gut microbiome with literally every other system in our bodies.

A must have audiobook!

I have listened to the topic, this audiobook is the best in summarizing what we know about the connection between diet, disease, and the microbiome of the gut.
You can eat a diet that feeds good bacteria that can defend you or you can eat a diet that does not support a healthy microbiome and lowers your immunity.

Great Fiber Fueled audiobook!

The audiobook includes easy recipes with ingredients. They are not overly expensive and easy to find. This book helps me to lose extra weight by brain food diet.

Best book ever!

I ordered several vegan cookbooks at the same time. I was very excited when they all came in, and I tried recipes from each of them. I was a little disappointed at the lack of pictures in this particular book. So upon delivery, it was my least favorite. However, after trying a recipe, I was surprised at how delicious it was.

Good Overview of Eathing Healthly With Some Flaws

Overall, I liked the book. I thought that I learned a lot and that the book touched on a wide variety of helpful topics. This is a good book to read for someone who is trying to eat healthier.

My only complaint on the story is that is was not very well organized. I had a difficult time following the progression of the book. However, since the book is primarily factual, this did not distract much from the story.

The narrator did a good job. However, the sound mixing was bad. There were times where the sound would get muffled, then quiet then loud. There were also a few times where sentences were repeated, and it did not seem intentional.

Perfect Plant Based Eating
