Incredible book

Every leader, in fact every one needs to read the truth on these pages! Very encouraging and filled with wisdom.

Good information but repetitive

could've been shorter and the use of so many lists makes it feel too much like a how to book and detracts from the material. otherwise it was informative and had some great points.

John Maxwell is an amazing author and speaker. I have never been disappointed with any of his work. I started following him after his presentation to the Christian Book Seller convention.

Best book on overcoming failure I've ever seen.

This book helped me to be more confident in my learning and improving and to not be afraid when I fail. Because failing is the only way for me to learn or learning from others mistakes.

This one the most important books you will ever hear! It’s a must! I don’t share a lot of books with my children but this is one I want to influence them. I want them to know that Daddy is learning to fail and I want them to learn to fail.

Fail your way to success

Great shift in perspective towards failure. John C. Maxwell is an excellent teacher. Everything is so clear and he gives you many frameworks and methods that lead you towards success. Yes, success is the destination, but you have to be willing to fail many times in order to get there.
