The author does not mince words and does not coddle or pander to the listener or typical self help book standards which are filled with just love yourself messages and you will be fine. I am going to listen to it multiple times.

Very Useful Advice

This book will give you the power to deal with any toxic person in your life at any level. It takes away their power to hurt you and manipulate you. Unlike the typical advice you'll find in other places ,you will no longer be babying them for their bad behavior.

The only coach giving the truth a must listen

This book is 10000% worth the money. It’s short and too the point. The only coach who tells you what you need to hear. Not what you want to hear.

Buy it! Short but powerful read!

I absolutely loved this book! I finished it in one evening! I had to jot these nuggets down! I love how he calls it like it is! Highly recommend it especially for anyone who has been in a toxic relationship and wants to break the cycle and stop getting involved with “emotionally irresponsible soul suckers”!!!!

Simply a sales brochure for counseling.

Unfortunately, this is just like most books today. While there might be some good basic information, the whole book is simply a sales brochure for counseling and buying something else for him. Very little useful information. I would not waste your money.
