Peter Lownds has a nice voice.

I would recommend to someone who is interested in deeply understanding the empirical patterns of human life.

3 stars story because, well, let's face it, this is no spiritual fantasy voyage that stimulates our imagination; but an invaluable way at rearranging our patterns of perception. The humor, and splendiferous celebration of the good news is left to us as it unfolds in due process.

About 2 weeks before finding this book. I asked the universe how to surrender. THANK GOD my pray was answer so detailed and precisely. I know my world is changed. I surrender.

Strange, but interesting

I didn’t like it in the beginning, it seemed hard to get it - so what actually needs to be done?.. but later on I liked the book and the idea. Listened multiple times, as well as a background to fall asleep.. (sounds funny, but works for me!)

Raises Consciousness Just Listening

Where does Letting Go rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is a must in the How To book library! This is not read by Hawkins but a professional reader who is quite good and does a great job of bringing the content to life.
I own the paper version also. I reference it at least once a month.

What did you like best about this story?

The technique is simple but takes time to do it completely.

I recommend this book to anyone who is serious about raising their level of consciousness. Enjoy the journey!

Enlightenment 101

Going through an extremely painful divorce I which I was regularly suicidally depressed, I was suggested this book. Within 1 month of regularly “letting go” there has been dramatic improvement. I believe this process, if continually practiced, will satisfy all disturbances in my life. I am extremely grateful this information found me.

Teaching without teaching

Here is a simple yet complex book that will talk you through how to let go and surrender without giving you direct steps. The narrator simply walks you through process through direct teachings, stories and examples.
