It’s the summer of ’77 in New York City, and the only thing more unnerving than the scorching heatwave is the rampant murder, leaving washed-up homicide detective Richard Dietrich on edge. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... So good
The stories were good. Some got me hard some didn't. It would have been better if more than one person tell the stories.

Not bad!
The stories were all good and kind of hot. I wasn't expecting or too into some of the stories because of the sexual orientation, but i decided to listen to them at least once. what really really interested me in a very strange way was the Godzilla story! It made me laugh and really imagine how the heck a relationship like that could be possible, and I would be interested in a full story!

Can't get enough
What a hot collection! I didn't know what to expect from one story to the next, in a good way. There were all sorts of stories, playful and sexy and tender and wild. Listened over a few months, a few each night. Turned me on every time.

Bite-sized, portable, and HOT
Where does Gotta Have It: 69 Stories of Sudden Sex rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is the best produced audiobook I have heard in the erotic category. Fun and interesting stories are presented in a way that holds your attention. The format of the book lends itself to enjoying in tiny, yet satisfying, bites of time.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Being comprised of 69 short stories, there are characters and scenarios to fit everyone's interests.
Have you listened to any of Rose Caraway’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Rose is a solid storyteller, and her voice inflection in dialogue is effective regardless of the speaker's gender. She has a sensual voice that isn't faked or exaggerated.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Now you can have it, again and again.
Any additional comments?
This is a good book for established fans of erotica as well as for those new to the genre. If listeners aren't sure about what variations spark their interest, this book is a good sampler. The book is very enjoyable for a solo listener, but it works well in a shared environment. Couples and friends can use chapters in a playful way to add fun or romance to their time together.

The perfect length for busy people
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
You don't need a long time to listen. The stories aren't all about one kind of sex. There's everything from roleplay to masturbation to long-term tender relationships to kinky sex.
Who was your favorite character and why?
What can I say? I liked the stories about food, specifically Eat Me, about a pregnant vegetarian suddenly lusting after a hamburger, and Dining In The Dark, a very different kind of oral experience.
Have you listened to any of Rose Caraway’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I've heard most of Rose Caraway's audiobooks and this one is just as good - not necessarily better, but on par with the others. She simply has a sexy voice I could listen to all day.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I wouldn't call it extreme, but I found myself getting swept away imagining each story. I especially liked library sex in Special Collections!

Got Me Going
What does Rose Caraway bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She made them all sexy and got me to listen to stories about things I've never thought about before.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No because they are each so different and I like to hear a few and savor them. I listen to these when I want to get in the mood and shut off my mind from everything else that's going on and just focus on feeling good and getting aroused. These stories do that. They're sexy and I found myself turned on by things I wouldn't have thought would do it for me. Definitely plenty variety and nice mix of male and female characters.

Worth a credit
There are 69 stories here, so there were a LOT I found totally hot. Some of them even surprised me because they weren't things I'm normally into. I'm a fan of Rose Caraway's podcast though so I love listening to her and this book opened me up to lots of new ideas. Very sexy, and the ones I wasn't as into I listened to and let my imagination take over. Some are funny, some kinky, some about couples, which I especially liked. All very easy to listen to thanks to Rose.
