trying 2 decide, audio or a kindle?

i have read a least one book from Christina Lauren before, before i found this book, i just saw it and was curious over the title and cover so i had to check it out ... i am curious why the cost is so high? both kindle and audiobook formats ... so nuts!! i always wonder if authors realize that readers would buy more of their books if they were not so $$$ ... we are not all millionaires and i know they need to make a living (trying to make it as an author) but come on??! i wish they would do something if you did purchase more than one it would be a cheaper cost or such. i wanna read read more but i am not sure??! such great characters, such moments were you like YEAH, do it ... but then you are like NO! i get that this sort of relationship is frown upon ... but i mean come on ... people are allowed to love ... i think you can keep it real and professional if you are dating ... maybe feeling would get in the way ...but it can be okay. great listen. i enjoy Grace Grant voice ... i did notice that a man not sure of his name that is in other reads ... we will see??! great read!!! ( ;

Fun, so much fun! I love coming back to Chloe and Bennett. One of my favorite love stories. It’s just a great time of a story.

Great story! Terrible narrator…

I read this book a year ago and couldn’t wait to enjoy to audible version. I was so disappointed when I realized a woman narrated the entire book. Who thought that was a good idea? I have learned my lesson, and will no longer purchase audible books narrated by only one person.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Beautiful Bastard?

Anytime Bennett shut Chloe up when she had an unnecessary attitue. I loved when they gave into each other. The end was so sweet.

What about Grace Grant’s performance did you like?

It was ok, the voice of Bennett was a little over done.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

A more mature version of Anastasia Steele!

I can see Henry Cavill, Will Sumner, Jensen Acklesor Jamie Dorian as Bennett and for Chloe - Leighten Meester, Minka Kelly, Mila Kunis because they have natural sexy sassiness and are the right age.

Great story, fantastic narration!

Really love all the books by these authors, they make me laugh out loud, cringe for the characters and get hot and bothered ;). Grace grant does a fantastic job narrating this book and others by same authors, makes the characters come to life.

Interesting book, a little cheesy

This book was a good read, but it was cheesy. And I think reading it would've been better than audible.

Beautiful Beginning to a Series

The first book in this series has been so much fun, I can't wait to listen to the others. I seriously looked like a crazy woman laughing in the car all by myself listening to some of the scenes. From sexy to witty in sixty seconds flat, this book is a perfect indulgence for a contemporary romance reader.
