Awesome guide

Truly helped me see the right path to take with my diet. I have tried dieting before, find a diet do it for a week then give up.. This book really shows you different diets for different people i have found mine and have been going the longest i have ever gone on a diet yet.

Then this book popped up on my recommendations and I have to say—what a helpful read! The author does an excellent job of breaking down in a concise, yet thorough manner the major diet plans out there in addition to education on types of diet pills.I picked up a lot of useful information I can share with my friends as well as apply to my own daily life.

Well-meaning but ...

K Connors could make the most boring subject sound good. He does a great job at sounding enthusiastic with this subject. The book gives you a variety of ideas and suggestions on how to lose weight and if you tie them all together, you are sure to be able to reach your goals.
