I find myself absorbing everything

I just finished this book. I listened to it from front to back. It was very informative and helpful in getting started with Keto. I was tempted to skip chapters, but I didn't. I learned so much about why to avoid certain foods, how food impacts so much of how we feel and overall health, and how and why keto works.

Keto heaven! What amazing information here. If you’re new to Keto or been doing it a while, this book is a wealth of information. I highly recommend this book to help gain really great knowledge of the best lifestyle. I LOVE this book!

This book is fantastic. I really enjoyed reading this as I start my journey with the keto diet. I’m a reader and it was super easy for me to learn all about this way of eating through this book. Lots of good information and it’s easy to understand which I think is very important! I will pass this title along to my friends interesting in the trending keto diet.

This book is fantastic.

This book is really very good for keto food recipes. I am very happy with this book because I get me all the information which is really needed to make better Keto food recipes. I've made more than a dozen of the recipes. Some I would not make again as the flavors did not blend well for me. But they have all given me a better understanding of how to cook for KETO and to understand the breakdowns of nutritional information. I've noticed a lot of the recipes use nuts or some type of nut oil. I have a server nut allergy. I substitute these items but I also know by doing this I am changing the nutritional values for that recipe. I am very satisfied with this book. I highly mention this book for all.

It's beautiful, informative, sensical

It's beautiful, informative, sensical, well organized and provides a clear path to understanding your body and the miracle of ketosis. For me, it seems like it provided an escape to normality. I've been relieved of the stress of dieting. I no longer count calories, never feel deprived, never eat crappy food and am losing excess weight. I think I've actually discovered a more natural lifestyle that I can do for the rest of my life. The author emphasizes, learning to pay attention to what the body is saying, rather than follow some cookie-cutter plan. I love that!
