Worth a read!

This was a great read! I love how Kevin read his own book, cause he makes the whole book even more interesting just through his enthusiasm. He reads the book just like he speaks for an audience. I share his view about how the body can heal itself through detoxification, and has experienced that with my own body. So I am familiar with a lot of things he mention in his book. So if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, get yourself a copy of this book. You'll not regret it. Also I wanna mention how I loved how he merges in small quotes from other authors and spiritual thinkers like Deepak Chopra etc.

eat like a monkey even though you are a human

This book is full of unsubstantiated opinions. I do not think there is one reference to any kind of health study in this book. it tells us we are most similar to monkeys so we should eat like them. This does not make much sense unless we want to devolve to monkeys. The author is a vegan and part fruitarian. Veganism is very cult like and their leaders like Michael Gregor are blatant propogandists. I would suggest you pick up a Western Price book for nutrition info based on some kind of solid reasoning. If you are eating fast food diet I am sure this book will benefit your health but I would spent my money elsewhere.
