This was a great listen. I’ve never fasted before and have learned so much about it. I’ve tried several diets as well and have recently lost 19 pounds by drinking only water, walking daily - well almost - and not eating if I’m not hungry. I am going to try fasting because you make it sound so easy and worthwhile. Thank you for your inspiring story!

Excellent Guide!

I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook. Being over 40 with health problems I started intermittent fasting about four months ago, and have seen good results. I found the tips on limiting quick accessible foods very helpful. I plan on trying a 24 hour no calorie in fast. Thanks for sharing with us!

This is a must listen to. I don't generally like audio books because I'm a reader, more visual but I enjoyed this book and if you have any hesitations on getting it, don't. just do it!
