I like that in this episode you focused on positive thoughts and not negative ones since it's never a good thing to fall asleep angry or frustrated.

Definitely not for me.
The techniques and guided meditations for relaxing and going to sleep are ok, but Alexis' voice was jarring to me. I felt like an exhausted parent at the end of their emotional rope was demanding that I just "Go the F*ck to Sleep," as another audiobook puts it. Perhaps if she were giving me get-up-and-go orders or workout commands it would have been more appropriate.

Counterproductive
I have to atop using this resource because she gets you into a still and relaxed state and then every time abruptly ends the session with a self-promotion. “Ok you are done. I’m __________ and ....” Why talk when someone is supposed to be asleep? It makes no sense. I was jolted out of near sleep tonight by it. Very disappointing. It actually alarmed my body and now I am wide awake. 😢

Overall, I really enjoy these Aaptiv programs. This one was a miss for me. It involved counting sheep which was too much of a cliche for me to stay in the moment. Finally, I really wish Audible would not use the loud “Audible hopes you have enjoyed this recording” at the end of relaxation audios. Too jarring.

Voice and tempo are wrong
The voice and tempo did not encourage sleep and relaxation. The voice is neither soothing nor relaxing. The tempo is fast and mechanical.

several mistakes & counting sheep!
Supposed to be a guided meditation to get you to go to sleep more peacefully.
The first two episodes were OK, though almost identical, and with the narrator sounding bossy, almost angry, not a peaceful voice.
In this episode she makes three mistakes, where she is supposed to be guiding the *left* arm to be still, but she looses track, and instead starts guiding you to have your right arm still (but she already did that one), and then says "stiff" instead of "still." she corrects herself, but this was NOT edited out.
I was starting to get annoyed, but tried to go back to my breath, and keep listening. And what happened then was just too ridiculous. She told the listener to visualize a green field with a white picket fence. This was already getting strange, because why a FENCE when you want people to be peaceful, but OK. But then, there were thousands of .... wait for it ... Sheep!!!
And she had the listener counting sheep. I kid you not.
A good thing this is a FREE product for members, or I would have asked my money back.

Creepy with bad feelings!
Day 3 here is awful. I feel with the music and the tone I'm waiting for the classic murder movie scream. Nope.
