This was a great mix of mafia and dark stalker trope. Very impressed with the narrator. I’ll definitely listen to more of his work. Did a great job playing both roles. Slow burn but when it did, it was 🔥 🥵🔥🥵

Oh YES! The story, the narration, EVERYTHING, YES!

He’s a stalker, he warned her he was coming and then, when she least expected it, he kept his word! “Dark Stranger” is absolute PERFECTION! Mystery, suspense and romance are joined by heart stopping action, twists, surprises and blazing, naughty, forbidden heat! Every element I adore is there and it’s ALL perfect! I loved the story, the sassy smart dialogue, and the fast moving plot! I loved that I could not guess ANYTHING before it was time for the heart stopping “reveal”. I loved how everything syncs together and makes PERFECT sense at the reveal! No loose ends, no unanswered questions! All of this combines to let me stay completely engaged in the story, which is EXACTLY where I want to be, from beginning to end, completely in the moment, and completely enjoying everything about this fabulous story! The flow is perfect, all of the elements are perfect, and the edge of your seat reveal is a stunner that I did not see coming! I do have to say though, that when all was revealed, I was delighted, it all made beautiful sense and I could not have been happier or more satisfied! No spoilers! I don’t want to ruin the fun for future listeners. Speaking of listening, the narration is out of this world, in a class by itself, magnificent! Every vocal choice perfectly suited to the character’s personality and consistent throughout the entire performance! Every word clear and easily understandable! Every emotion perfectly on point, truly breathing life into this magnificently written story, and at times bringing this listener to tears. It simply does not get any better! Dark Stranger easily earns five stars in every category across the board! I loved it!

Dark stranger

Dark stranger was the first piper stone book with Thomas Locklear narration that I had a hard time getting into. I love all of their books, but this one I had a hard time staying focused overall, it’s a good story.

Thomas has the voice that can drag me through every step the characters make. I love to hear that deep growl in the narration. There is none like him.

This is a deliciously depraved sizzling story with chemistry, dark desires and scorching heat. i loved dark steamy story this was perfect for me.

Thomas Locklear has the sexiest voice that tantalized my senses he brought this jem to life beautifully.

This story had much more depth than I initially expected. As I listened, and more details were provided amidst the sex scenes, I became more invested. By the end, after the twists and turns and the layers were peeled back, I was pleasantly surprised and had a better sense if who Tristan was and appreciated his contribution to the storyline. I also liked that a Stockholm syndrome situation turned into a loving relationship. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a phenomenal job bringing the characters and story to life. His accents. expressions, and voices are a true asset to this story.
