Publisher's Summary

Onboard the Anna, Amanda suspects that something fishy is going on. But when her investigation of the peculiar all-female Russian crew fails to uncover anything other than more speculation, she decides it's time to stop playing detective and face her real problem - a man she shouldn't want but can't live without.

Will Amanda find a way to reconcile her feelings for Dalhu? Will Dalhu find a way to redeem himself in Amanda's eyes? Will Andrew find Bhathian's long-lost lover and child?

Amanda and Dalhu's story culminates in Dark Enemy Redeemed, and the characters embark on a new adventure in Book 7: Dark Warrior Enthralled.

Great story, ok narrator

I liked the story a lot. Some conflicts were resolved in a positive manner in other words, the author doesn't make you wait 5 books for the characters to get together.

I generally prefer female narrators and this guy is an example why. He makes the male characters sound like chest thumping animals with his exaggerated deep voice. I'm sure some people love that when reading this genre, though. If you hate that stupid batman voice in the movies, this might not be the audiobook series for you.

As you wish Princess

Excellent book as always, Dalhu is such a perfect love match for Amanda. He's strong and a capable protector, but emotional and loving to Amanda.

Mixed bag

This was a hodgepodge bag of nuts. Honestly could care less about Amanda and Dahlu. I tried but failed to accept the fact that you can love someone that killed your nephew. That didn’t work for me. I went three books in to try to make it work but it didnt. As a matter of fact, I found myself FF through most of the dialogue between those two. I am more curios to know what’s going on with Andrew and Sebastian. I really hope the female characters get better too. I suffered through the timid and the over the top spoiled. Will try one more before i give up. I really couldn’t stand Amanda.

Great story

I love this series! I just have to say that first. I would like to hear more than one narrator though. I feel like the guy is GREAT, but his voice is much too deep to pull off a feminine role.

good book

a lot of miss spoken words either from typos or mispronunciation, but I liked the story line. even though Syssi is portrayed as the most self centered crybaby making everything about her . that gets annoying fast

Dalhu and Amanda Finale

This is a paranormal romance series and the sixth in the Children of the Gods series, and final in the Dark Enemy trilogy. The couple are Dalhu an ex-Doom operative and the clan scientist Amanda. Though Dalhu has left DOOM, it becomes hard to redeem himself in both Amanda and the Clans eyes. He is willing to go to extremes to do so. Amanda loves Dalhu, but hates that herself because she feels she is betraying her nephew’s memory. Lucas spins us a wonderful finale for this “captive”ating couple.
