Another great listen
Grud one of the three Doomer’s escaped and is now on the run. However being obsessed with Wonder made him turn back around to see what was going on. Eventually he realizes is best option is to return to the brotherhood.
Magnus stays in San Francisco to look for Grud. Grud leads him to Losham’s new drug manufacturing site.
Wonder goes to the Village and is introduced to Kian, Amanda and Syssi. She settles into the village.
Syssi lets Anandur that Wonder is who she saw him with in her vision.
Syssi is becoming extremely desperate to become pregnant and looking for ways of helping with the immortals issue of conception.
The Gardians do another raid on the Doomer’s that leads them to the new manufacturing site.
Losham finds his men, drugs, money and humans are all gone and believes they deflected.
Anandur figures a way to woo Wonder after their first kiss and her calling him the wrong name.

Anandur falls for Wonder
Anandur and Wonder are playing cat and mouse so to speak and I kept waiting for them to finally get together, but you will have to wait till the next book! They are getting to know each and their story is slowly unfolding and of course the suspense of who Wonder really
Is and some of her memories returning. Can’t wait to read the next...!

Excited for more!
I. T. Lucas continues to draw me into Anadar and Wonder’s story. I love how Anadar’s eyes were opened after his jealousy over another man possibly taking his place compelled him to step up!! Wonder may be young but she knows what she wants and goes after it! Nick and Ruth’s relationship is steadily progressing as well but Ruth’s secrets may be their downfall!! Can’t wait to see what happens with the prisoners too! This one was packed with suspense and mystery!

Excellent series and narration!
Absolutely love this narrator. I can listen to these books at night and ,even though the plot is mesmerizing, the narrator's voice helps me to sleep. His voice is not jarring like others, and he easily switches between the very strong male characters and the women.

Anander meets his mate
I'm so enamored with this series. Absolutely delicious. please get someone else to read this, Charles Lawrence doesn't know how women gesture or speak it's annoying when he enunciates the g in "ugh"... or the u in "menstruation".
