A point by point imitation of 'Feeling Good'!

Lots of great information with activities to assist learn and practice the use of CBT. I am excited to go through this audiobook. If you are wanting to understand Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, this is the book for you. It explains it well and describes it in a way that you can apply it to your counselling.

Very helpful audiobook to listen and enjoy

It shares so many cognitive and behavioral tools that may be applied in my life. This audiobook brings your common emotional problems to the forefront then breaks down the solution. Cognitive-behavioral therapy essentially is all about putting you in better control of your emotions.

Perfect listen!

It explains CBT step by step and it's very well created. Elaborated on each topic and gave wonderful, easy to follow examples. If you have any personal problems like the ones listed above, I recommend trying some of these techniques.

Awesome! Very Practical
