She shares a bunch of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even alcoholic drinks. Most of them look really yummy. For my taste, there’s too much heavy cream and cream cheese. Also too much stevia and alcohol based sweeteners like erythritol. To each their own. It’s handy to have. And I greatly appreciate when audio books come with a complementary pdf. I think ALL audio books should come with one. Especially the ones with pictures. Just saying 🦶🏼
