Love of Dragons~

The author definitely loves dragons and it shows in her storyline.
First I have to say I listened to this on audible and it wasn't bad but not the best I've listened to either.
Second: Yes, I listened to it in one day, it was only a little over 2 hours.
3rd: Let's be fair. The first book is an introduction to the main players and a building block forming a storyline.
My only complaint is I would have liked more background on the characters and fate but I have a feeling the author will be giving us just enough in each book to grab your attention and bring you back. I think this series will continue to improve and I look forward to see how the story plays out!

What in the Universe!!!

Fate and the Universe can sure throw some curveballs...

Why would the Universe give you a mate, let you plan a mating, and then rip him from your life?
Luna is an Alpha female, and Duncan was hers, had been hers since they were younger but then poof he up and left her.

Duncan hated that his mate believed him dead, he was angry beyond belief but what could he do? Nobody messes with the Universe not even a dragon.

Like all Julia Mills Dragonshifter books this one is fantastic... Add the narrators to it and WOW... I really like it when there are male and female narrators.
They are clearly spoken. Bringing this story to life.
Excellent listening if you are a lover of shifters and fated mates.

As Fate Would Have It...

If you see the name Julia Mills on the cover, you know you are in for a rollicking good time. Despite the fantasy theme, these are fully adult novels with adult activities and language. The violence, although large and dramatic, is generally not of the ridiculously over-indulged, second-by-second dissection, sort of presentation. Humor, to me, is the largest quality of Julia's novels, along with a very active imagination, combined with clearly heavy-duty research into the multitude of folklore and beliefs of humankind, which she combines into her own worldview.

So let's just simplify that a bit: rollicking good story with an HEA!

Loved it! Though not work appropriate, lol. Ms. Mills has outdone herself. The audio version is just as good as the print copy!

This story left me feeling more than satisfied in all the right places it was pure gold plenty of steam and swoon worthy scenes Action fated mates and more I absolutely LOVED this story and I cannot wait for more.
Raven and richard did a dual narration which was absolutely fabulous, brought the story to life and made it so special.
