A Life Saver
After nearly 20 years of excessive caffeine use (tea, soda, energy drinks, weight loss pills) I found myself completely depleted and hopelessly depressed- mentally and physically spent. Coffee isn't the only caffeinated drink.
I can't stand coffee. Mtn. Dew is my addiction. I didn't feel like the information in this book was helpful because he only discussed coffee addiction. Maybe the book should be retitled "How to Overcome a Coffee Addiction".
