I had exercised I would have lost more weight. I have thrown away all the green tea pills I had purchased and kept forgetting to take them before a meal. I vow to use teas for the rest of my life.

It was nice audiobook
It was quite doable with the many tea recipes for cleansing your body. I have a new respect for tea and it's body cleansing properties. Teas provide a natural way to lose weight.
