Practical Approach To Getting In Shape

I’ve listened to all of Marc’s audiobooks, but I’d say that Be Your Own PT is definitely the most practical of them all. It’s set out so that you can follow along each of the 10 weeks of the weight training program.

This book gives you a 10-week gym program : including exercises, how many repetitions to do, how long to rest for etc etc. I’m desperate to get started & put it into practice - when my gym eventually opens again after lockdown!!

A bit too ambitious?

The author rhymes off a huge list of life transformations you can achieve following this fitness program. I like positivity an’ all …but some of it sounds a bit too unrealistic for just 10 weeks.

Excellent 10 week plan

What a great book! The 10 week programme is great to follow with lots of variation to keep things interesting. Not only that guidance around nutrition, supplements and how to track progress ensure that all bases for success are there. Beyond the 10 weeks you then will have all the knowledge and exercises to ensure you continue on your journey.

For the less experienced, access to Marc’s videos on each exercise will ensure you can master form, workout safely and avoid injuries.

Excellent read and gets you really fired up for success!

Strange Scottish accent!!

Great book on weight training and fitness, but the narrator is American and the author is Scottish. Would have preferred to hear the author narrating the book himself.

Realistic gym advice.

No need for expensive PT sessions following this!!

In the 10 week programme I lost almost 2 stone and I feel amazing. I continue to follow this method of training and nutrition and the results are fantastic and the method is 100% sustainable. This book is packed with useful information on diet and exercise. Well worth the money! Thank you Marc!
