I looooove Corbin & I love Irish Mafia. This listen was like my dream come true. Bravo!! Unique, clever & just an overall excellent listen!

Phenomenal job portraying these characters

This book was by far my favorite read of 2025. Leigh has really outdone herself with this one. 5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe how phenomenal this book was. I went from listening to it on audible to reading it. Corvin King with an Irish accent chefs kiss. There wasn’t anyone more perfect to portray Tiernan and all his deliciously unhinged ways. And I was here for every minute of it. Lucy Rivers did such a good job as well. Also the side characters had me kicking my feet giggling. My heart broke for these characters and what they endured. The possessiveness on Tiernan top freaking tier. And Lila was such a bada$$ FMC she gave it as she good as she got. She truly was his equal. And I loved it. I couldn’t get enough of this book!! And I can’t wait for Achilles book!! That plot twist at the end had my mind blown 🤯 I did not see that coming. This book is definitely a must read. And I can’t wait for the rest of this series.

Corvin King with an Irish accent? Yes, please!

I jumped into this one blind after I kept seeing the reviews on socials… I love a good mafia romance and this one did not disappoint! So many twists and turns, plus all the best tropes. Told in duet style by Lucy Rivers and Corvin King, the narrators were phenomenal and kept me glued to my earbuds. Their performance was incredible. This book was dark, fast-paced, and addictive. The story makes you fall in love with falling in love.

Absolutely must read

This was an absolute 6-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read for me. I absolutely adored this story. I can’t wait for the next book in this captivating world. It’s scheduled to be released in November 2025. This book was a rollercoaster of emotions, leaving me gasping, tearing up, and laughing throughout. It’s a mafia romance, an arranged marriage, a story about disability, an age gap, trauma, banter, and a dark mafia romance. Once you start reading this book, you’ll find it impossible to put it down. It will consume you.

My Fav Mafia Romance So Far!

This was so unexpectedly good! The storyline is great and the plot was richly layered. The spice was really well-done and fit nicely into the story- instead of the plot solely existing as a catalyst for the spice… Tiernan and Lila are my new favorite Mafia couple! Some good plot twists too. I must admit, I didn’t figure out who attacked Lila, which is saying something cause I usually figure it out early on. I was surprised and really appreciated that the author gave us a unique FMC with teeth! The narrators did a great job and Corvin King’s Irish accent was spot on. I loved their banter! I giggled and kicked my feet to this audio. Tiernan is hilarious and very, very sexy ❤️‍🔥 I’m definitely excited to read book two- hopefully Tiernay’s story. I also felt very resolved by the epilogue… whew, I was worried at the ending for a moment. HOWEVER… do check the trigger warnings first. The SA that happens is really heartbreaking and later is spoken about by the perpetrator very graphically and callously. There’s a lot of heart in this story and the disability element is handled well and integrated as key in the character’s representation. Loved this so much I went out and bought the limited edition book version while I was still listening to the audio! 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍🏾👍🏾
