Excellent characters, good world building

I want more, like 6 or books of it !

Most books by this authors have romance as a major component of the story. Not this one, but the character introspection and the stile are consistent with the rest of their works.

Same metaverse as their other works, but disconnected from the other series otherwise.

The real peoples in a post apocalypse world rebuilding their lives is very well executed.

Strongly recommended if you like fantasy with a bit of grit.

The adventure, the life lessons and the world building makes wish the next edition of this series was already out and ready for me to buy.

I love all of Ilona Andrews books but this one was so fun because my husband loved dungeon dive books and this felt like something we would both enjoy and I was not wrong! He said you could write on this series forever 🥰 I said you already had series you had to get back too 🫶🏻

illona Andrews never fails

if you have read illona Andrew work, you will love this book, it has a more violent tone than innkeeper chronicles but not as war heavy as Kate Daniels. it's a tough journey and can't wait for the next book.

Another great story

Please continue this series. Good, well fleshed out characters. Exciting new world. Ada is a great main character. looking forward to what is next in het story.
