This story is just epic!

This is book series is so addicting. My only issue is this writer is working on other great books as well and not focusing only on this amazing book. As the books and the situation evolves and the challenges grow it is amazing how the MC thinks more deeply and fights to become better and stronger.

Perfect pacing, even training was interesting.

Amazing book, can’t wait for the next one. I love the sim within a sim and the fact he is training for war so he can end war.

MC slow progression

in previous books, MC is skilled in certain aspects. In this book, even with the most knowledgeable teachers and one of the best AI training regimens, he still progresses so slowly. He doesn't catch up and even falls farther behind. I havent finished the book yet so my review may change, but at this point I stand frustrated. who cares about natural talent when the MC has better direction when training and trains harder and longer than most if not all. (he doesn't have to sleep much) Even talented people if not trained effectively or even wrongly are just as likely to hurt themselves or progress slowly by taking detours.

Phenomenal

Just as good as all the other books in the series. It was so good I listened to the entire book in one sitting. I cant wait for more.

Can't wait for the next book!

Always chomping at the bit for the next book from Apollos Thorne. I've yet to be disappointed by any of his work.
