Bossy Mogul

A Billionaire Office Romance (The Billionaire Moguls)

By: Scarlett Avery

Narrated by: Troy Duran, Tara Langella

I wish I’d known the tall, gruff, intimidating stranger I’m trapped in an elevator with in the dark would end up being my soon to be billionaire boss before I told him off...

After my good for nothing cousin stole my boyfriend (who was my boss), and I found myself without a home or a job, I swore off men for the rest of my life. I’m way too jaded to fall for another smooth talker in a bespoke suit…But then, I get trapped in an elevator (in the dark) with one.

Mr. Sexy Voice decides to play 20 Questions. The rule follower in me is freaking out because I’m late for a job interview courtesy of this stupid elevator. Playing a silly get-to-know-you-better game is the last thing on my mind.

To shut up the man with a romance audiobook narrator voice who smells like Eau de Pheromone, I tell him off.

When the lights turn back on, I’m knocked on my behind. Mr. Sexy Voice is a demigod. Tall. Dressed like he holds the world in the palm of his hand. And those dreamy blue eyes could make any girl swoon. No human has the right to look this hot.

When we get rescued, I can’t get away from him fast enough. No way am I letting this charmer mess up with my head.

A few weeks later, I step into a life-changing meeting-slash-interview in Los Angeles, and I’m face to face with the man I thought I’d never see again. Beckett Christensen, aka Mr. Sexy Voice, is my new billionaire boss-slash-client. Turns out there are consequences to telling off the boss. Big consequences…

Steamy and great narrators

I really enjoyed this book and the narrators are great...and we all know how important that is to an audible book. The characters were great and while we all know that romance books all have a HEA, this one had some nice twists.

Hot and savory

A good narrator makes a great story leap off the page. I laughed out loud at the humor and how the characters were well developed. The story was predictable but engaging because of the narration oh and the hot scenes were hot

characters are very likable

Great story mixed with just the right romance and life humor. Looking forward to continuing with the next installment.

Excellent Narration

I found myself enjoying this book a lot. I picked it up on a whim. I’ve never read this author before. The characters were lovable and engaging. The hero was mouthwatering, and then the narrator made him everything, everything.

It Was Good

A good and simply story. It wasn't anything that drew an emotion from me but I read it because I paid for it. If I had nothing else to listen too, I would have listened to this, which says something.
