disliked that the characters are completely different now it's like someone else wrote this book vs the previous books

inconsistent, bad ass dragon, but isn't mad about the loss of arm...bs, with no fight about it...doesn't fit. just one example of inconsistent characters.

Yea…. I’ll have to listen to this a few times or read the book. It was too much of a jumble and lacked uniform. Maybe reading will be better

why does Joey Have to keep being stupid

like who really bets on their wives lives this much. Making conflict this way makes the success unbelievable and genuinely is making me not like Joey. I'm going to finish this series because I'm invested and I love PATH OF THE SLAYER..... but this goofy ish has to stop.... Waters down the story for me.
