This book is DAAAARRRRRKKKK. The 🌶️ scenes literally left me with my mouth open for minutes on end 🤣

Traumatized? Yes. Entertained? Absolutely. I didn’t have trigger warnings of my own until this book 😭😂

i love this author and she created another amazing story. it exceeded my expectations and i didn’t want to stop listening. i was slightly disappointed with how many editing errors i heard though.

Obsessed with this series

I don’t know if this is the third book in the series since they are standalones, but this is the third one for me. Yes, some things they say are repetitive that has me questions the editing, but it didn’t mess up the story, it just made me go “DUH” a couple times. The spice is amazing, the twist actually caught me super off guard but was so rewarding. I can’t say that any dark romance book is PERFECT, but this series is pretty good 😭 overall, Evil Boys was my favorite, Vile Boys second favorite, and Sick Boys third. I read it in Evil, Sick, Vile but after listening, I believe the best order would be Sick, Evil, Vile. The only thing that I could not take seriously was Crystal’s physical description. 4’9???? And the tallest boy is almost 7 feet tall??? Yeah OKAY.
The narrators are really good, they read per chapter vs character but after three books of it, you get used to it and their opposite gender voices are pretty cute. The guy has a voice that I had to get used to but it wasn’t awful.

I’m glad I was able to finish the series I enjoyed how crystal was different compared to Lana and Penelope. She had a softer side to her, but was still tough at moments. I loved the chemistry between all the characters especially Caleb and Area. The spice is definitely a 10/10. Can’t wait until you hear about Ares, iykyk😏. The down side is some of the splicing for this was off at times, which sometimes made it difficult to follow, but overall a good series.

This book is just so good! You are going to definitely want to pay attention to the trigger warnings, however, I'm sure if you've picked up this book you know it is a dark romance and there will be a lot of violence and content that is explicit. That being said, oh my gosh, this book was truly amazing. I do know that it says that technically it can be read as a standalone however in my opinion, I think that you should read the first two books and then this book because as a reader knowing what happened in the previous books will make your experience so much more meaningful! Yes, you could enjoy the book without previous knowledge of the characters though. These boys in this book / series really, just rip your heart out and as they are written the reader falls in love with the characters because of everything that happens. I absolutely love the characters, their depth, devotion, depravity, love is just so well written. From all three books I can't even tell you which character would be my favorite because I love them all for different reasons! And right now I'm talking about the male characters. And then the female characters, damn they are some strong women!
I was pulled into the story and engaged immediately, I did not want to put the book down at all. The plot twists were perfectly written. I just loved how everything came together in this book. And the epilogues at the end were just perfect, icing on the cake! I read the Kindle version and listen to the book on Audible, and the voice actors did a great job with the characters. I feel like they bring that added level of emotion. Overall, I know it says there's more book in the series that I will check out, however, if the series ended after this third book I would probably be satisfied because it was really a great book/series. I'm really glad that I discovered people enjoy them also! Just be prepared to go through a gamut of emotions.
