Zeus is a Legend!

I do believe Sawyer has been my favorite King brother so far! I love a good hate to love story and his and Wren’s is so hot! Their plot has been my favorite also! They have a past and somethings Wren just doesn’t know, but when they come to light it changes her feelings for Sawyer! Both characters are brilliant and savvy and their chemistry is just explosive! Also I LOVED Zeus! I love these narrators for this series!

Bella made me enjoy this miscommunication trope (which is not my jam) without even trying this story just flows.

What would you do if the boy you kinda liked suddenly picked on you all the time growing up and you were constantly forced around him. Finally you flee your small town to become a dr and finally return with your head held high just to find out you accidentally moved in next door to him.

Enemies, spice and an audio that is NICE!!!!!

This series just gets better!! If you want enemies to lovers, hot spicy safe-word romance, lots of banter and family filled moments in between then this is the book for you! Also, I can’t forget to mention, good ole Zeus the dog who helps bring Sawyer and Wren back together! This is one of those stories that was so easy to binge from start to finish!

🎧Just like in book 1, Caged, Heather Firth & Gabriel Spires were back to narrate this book and they once again did an outstanding performance! They enveloped the enemies/not friends characteristics in their voices perfectly and you could just feel the fire in their voices during all the banter and bickering! Also, the emotion in their voices that I was not expecting from this book was so well done! I absolutely love this duo for The Defiant Kings series and hope they narrate the rest as well!

Shaken has all the vibes I love in a romance book including childhood friends turned enemies, a mistaken one night stand, but now neighbors who become not friends with benefits…intrigued? I promise it is an outstanding story that has a well developed plot that will keep you hooked in! The hate/enemies tension also transferred into the bedroom perfectly and you can just feel the palpable chemisty between during quite the spicy scenes! I also loved the deeper meaning of this plot as you find out about the history of these two which made me fall even more for these characters! Sawyer Kingston is a new absolute favorite book boyfriend for me!!

Too much h POV

This was supposed to be dual POV but that was not. It was misleading since most of this story was told from the h POV. Sex scenes was from the h POV as well and it was just weird to listen. I got this on sale and wish it was free.
