Great book

I love a good climatic story. The plots that happened I didn’t see coming which is the best experience.

Sweet And Heartwarming!

I love this book, it’s one of my go to easy listening books! The story is relatively low angst, despite the horrible background the heroine comes from. Her love interest is ALL in, and I love that!
Both narrators are phenomenal, but that male narrator has one of the most soothing voices I’ve ever heard. So good!

Enjoyed it

I loved how powerful she becomes. No longer scared of her our shadow. I love how he loves her. Just a sweet romance with obvious violence but o enjoyed that too.

Would recommend

This was a quick listen. It was fun and enjoyable. I loved the MMC and the relationship with the FMC. I liked that they implied she looked like she would be weak, but showed how truly strong she was. Would recommend to anyone for a fun, quickly story with great characters.

My new author obsession

Going right now to follow this author in Audible and Kindle if they are on there as well. I listen to so many books, I’m work from home employed, and listening to Audibles is the only thing that keeps me motivated. This *new to me, author sucked me into the story and I really need more.

Fun and eventful!

the narrators are fun. the story was sweet revenge! I really did enjoy it. there are some holes like a bit rushed to finish the book. but it a great palet cleanse.

disappointed in the heroin

I loved the plot and idea of this book. what I did not love is the FC. she has zero backbone and cries through the entire thing.
I know how abuse can make you feel lost and alone but this chick just let's everyone walk all over her without protest. she just lays down and lets them do it and then cries about it later when they continue to. idk maybe it just me but she could've been a little bit less of a mouse.
there's also the fact that she just believes and excepts everything that she's told without question.
other then those 2 things I really did like the idea of this book I just think it could've had a little bit of a stronger FC

Well developed characters

I thoroughly enjoyed the way the author gave us insight into each main character. It was a pleasure to read. The story was easy to follow and enjoyable to listen to.

I would recommend this audio my only issue is when the female tries to talk like the male..I do felt as tho it could have been a little more details but it's ok
